St Thomas More's community has face the challenge of the need for new leadership. The Pastoral Council has developed in this area of ministry and exercises responsibility through the areas of ministry within the community.
The members of the Pastoral Council share in the leadership of the parish by working with parishioners in their response to the call of their baptism. They set parish policy and ensure the areas of ministry within the parish are efffectively addressed.
